Leh, Nubra Valley, Pangong, Tso Moriri, Leh
ITINERARY :
Day 01 :Leh
On arrival meet and greet by our representative and drive to Leh. On arrivalcheck In hotel. Afternoon visit to Samker Gompa & Leh Bazaar, Leh Monastry, Shanti Stupa and Leh Palace. Samker Gompa is little up in the valley, 3 Kms from Leh Town, which is open to visitors in the morning and evening only. The Gompa belongs to Yellow Sect & was founded in 18th Century. The Gompa is the seat of the Head Lama of Ladakh & founder of yellow sect, Tson-Kha-Pa. After Sanker, visit Leh Temple & Walk back or Drive to Leh Bazaar. Overnight in Hotel in Leh.
Day 02: Leh - Nubra Valley
After Breakfast drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla (Highest Motorable road in the World, 18,380 ft) post lunch, enjoy the camel safari at Sand Dunes between Deskit & Hundur Village. O/N Nubra Valley.
Day 03: Nubra Valley - Leh
After Breakfast visit Deskit Monastery (Big Buddha), where you can have a magnificent view of Nubra Valley and drive back to Leh by same Route, crossing Khardungla Pass. O/N Leh.
Day 04 : Leh - Tso Moriri
After breakfast drive to Tso Moriri. Stop at Upshi for passport checking. En-route visit Chumathang which is famous for medical hot spring. Also visit Sumdah village on the way and continue drive to Tso Moriri. On arrival check in camp. Aternoon visit to visit Korzok Monastery in Tsomoriri. Start the journey back to Leh via Tanglangla Pass & Tsokar Lake. Reach Leh in the late afternoon. Overnight stay in Leh.
Day 05 : Tso-Moriri – Leh
After breakfast drive to Leh.On arrival check in hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Leh.
Day 06: Leh - Pangong Lake - Leh
After early Breakfast leave for Pangong Lake (14,500 ft) through Changla Pass 17,350 ft, 3rdhighest motorable road in the world. Enjoy the beauty of the lake on the Banks of pangong while appreciating the changing Colors and fascinating high altitude of the Lake. Drive back to Leh by the same route. O/N Leh.
Day 07 : Leh departure
After breakfast drop at Leh airport for onward journey.
