ACCOMMODATION :
Hotel has 30 Double Rooms and 5 Suite Rooms. All the rooms are centrally heated (starting soon) and exclusively furnished with wall to wall carpeting. All rooms have TV with cable connection. The décor reflects the rich tradition of Kashmiri art and craft. Hotel rooms provide scintillating views of the Zabarvan Mountain Range.

DINING :

• Dilkusha : Dilkusha is Hotel’s in house restaurant with 60 covers. The restaurant serves Indian, Continental, Chinese, Gujrati and Kashmiri cuisine. The interiors of the restaurant reflect the rich work of Kashmiri craftsmen.
  
• Smavar : Samavar, the coffee shop is located on the lobby level. The coffee lounge serves exotic Kashmiri snacks and the famous Kashmiri beverage KAHWA- hot water flavored with saffron, almonds, cinnamon & cardamoms.
